Rental Agreement: The primary guest is required to upload an image of their government issued identification (Driver's license or Passport) and sign a rental agreement before any property information will be released. Failure to upload and complete the rental agreement prior to arrival will result in cancellation of the booking. If the cancellation occurs outside of the refund window, no refund will be issued. All individuals staying at the property must adhere to the rental agreement and House Rules.

Cancellation Policy Notice: Please be advised that our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced with no exceptions made, unless there is a declared natural disaster and a mandatory evacuation order has been issued by the government.

Refunds: We want every guest to have a wonderful stay at our cabin. Please understand that we cannot control certain circumstances that may arise during your visit. For this reason, refunds will not be issued for the following:

• Utility Interruptions – Temporary loss of power, internet, cable/streaming services, or cell reception.

• Weather & Travel Conditions – Snow, ice, fog, storms, or other weather events that may impact driving or travel plans. (4WD is strongly recommended in the winter months.)

• Wildlife & Nature – Sightings of deer, bears, raccoons, insects, or other animals are a natural part of mountain life.

• Resort & Local Amenities – Closures or schedule changes of pools, hot tubs, ski lifts, restaurants, shops, or shuttles not managed by us.

• Appliances & Cabin Equipment – Temporary malfunction of amenities (such as fireplace, grill, washer/dryer, or hot tub) when repair services are not immediately available.

• Noise or Area Activity – Sounds from wildlife, nearby cabins, seasonal events, or resort operations.

• Personal Preferences – Décor, furniture style, or cabin location not meeting guest expectations.

We do not permit any external Services or Experiences on this property, including third-party bookings made through another platform. Any guest who attempts to host or bring outside Service or Experience onto the premises without our prior written approval will have their reservation cancelled immediately, with no refund issued.
